Reflect: Journaling exercises, breathing exercise and/or meditation
Renew: Oracle card reading and follow-up chakra affirmation homework

Location: Charles Town, WV - other options can be discussed as in your own home or a place in nature
Remote option is available (Zoom or FaceTime)

In-person sessions are offered at my office in Charles Town, WV. Remote sessions are also available via Zoom or FaceTime.
I do not wish for financial limitations to prevent anyone from receiving support and services. I’m willing to discuss a payment schedule if needed.
